First you need to choose two (or more) images you want to blend together. I will be using these two of Taylor Swift:

Once you have your images create a new file. For me, I'm making mine 383x331 but depending on the size of your images you may need to make it smaller or larger. Paste your images onto the canvas then choose the image you want to be on top. For this tutorial I chose the second image.

Now select the eraser tool and gently erase part of the edge of the top picture where it overlaps onto the second picture. Then change the opacity to about 40 and erase a little more around the spot you just erased so it gives the picture the "blended look".

You might have to erase some of the edges of the bottom picture too so it is perfectly blended. Once you're done blending, click on the "layer" button in the menu bar and then click on "flatten image".

Then you can crop it, add a border, give it cool effects and voila! You have an awesome blend.
