Race around the screen collecting Neggs of all different colours, from the lowly Happy Negg (yellow) to the super-rare Fish Negg. Avoid the Red Neggs at all cost - run in to one of these and it's game over. This game should run a lot faster, and there are a few new modes to check out. Freestyle allows you to rotate instead of turning in 90-degree angles. Maze adds an extra element to the game field - evil hedges of death!

Game Modes

Although the basic principal of the game remains the same, you can choose a number of different game modes to alter your play slightly:

Classic Mode

This is the basic, original mode of the game. You move in straight lines and turn in 90 degree angles. You can choose how fast you want to move though by selecting a slow "easy", a little quicker in "medium", and then pretty speedy in "hard".

Freestyle Mode

This mode gets a little more difficult as you can now move in a full 360 degrees. It's a little tough to get used to as you now turn and move in circles and arches. But don't worry, take it slowly on the easy mode at first and as you get better you can move on to medium and then to hard.

Maze Mode

This is one of the more challenging modes in my opinion. It has the same concept as the Classic Mode, only now there is a giant hedge on the screen! You must move through the tretcherous maze; tretcherous because if you even so much as skim the hedge, it's game over.

Gravity Mode

This mode is not initially offered on the menu screen, but by typing in superextrahypergravitymode ("super extra hyper gravity mode" as one word) you will unlock the Ferocious Negg mode. I find this to be the most challenging mode. It has the same movement settings as the freestyle mode (moving in circles and arches) but this time you're being sucked into a black hole! Stay away from the black circle in the middle of the screen because the closer you get, the greater the pull is. You have to move around the screen collecting neggs and trying not to crash into anything because if you do, game over. This mode is only available in the "Stop 'N' Go" difficulty and is probably your best bet to getting the Meerca Chase II avatar because the negg values are very high. (See chart below)

Ferocious Negg Mode

You can unlock another secret mode by typing in ferociousneggsareontheloose (" ferocious neggs are on the loose" as one word). In this mode, you run around collecting neggs as in classic mode, but for every negg you collect a ferocious negg will appear and start to move around the screen!

Point Values

Each Negg you collect has a different point value depending on its color and what level of difficulty you are playing the game on. Each mode has a different point value for each negg and which difficulty you play it in. You can view the chart below as it breaks down the point value of each negg in each mode on each difficulty. In the table, E stands for "easy", M stands for "medium" and h stands for "hard". Remember, Gravity Mode can only be played in the "Stop 'N' Go" difficulty.
