An evil villain is standing high above, in his floating citadel of death. He is plotting to destroy your land, so what do you do? Make a plushie that looks like him and hit it with a stick of course!

During Game Play

Wait for the wind speed to reach 9, and then drop the Kass. Try to hit the him right on his nose, kind of where his mouth is. The idea is to get the Kass to sail high and far, just like a baseball. Hold down the space bar after you hit the Kass to make his wings fold to his body while he is climbing. Once he reaches the his peak, release the space bar to let his wings flutter to help him travel further. Then, try to hit the spacebar at the exact moment each time the Kass bounces on the ground. Bouncing helps the Kass travel further once he touches down.

Difficulties

Every month or so, your scores will reset for Kass Basher. The bad side to this is that the levels you unlocked get reset also and you have to restart at the loaf of bread bat! (We recommend not submitting your points scored until you unlock the bat [hard] level or you are experienced enough to score in the lower 800s and upper 900s as you win more that way. ^^)

Easy (Bread loaf)

On this beginning level the Kass falls from the tree very slowly and it can get a little aggravating. Though once you send that Kass soaring far enough (175 meters) you will unlock the medium level!

Medium (Stick)

This level is a little bit less monotonous. The kass falls at a little faster pace and this time you're whacking it with a stick. Still not enough for those of you with more aggressive anger toward Lord Kass? Well hit that Kass at least 450 meters with the stick and you will unlock the final (and most brutal) level.

Hard (Mace/Club)

On this final level, you, the blumaroo, get to whack that sucker kass plushie with a mace (a club like object with metal spikes!) In this level you can whack the kass up to and over 100 meters! If you send him flying over 850 meters you will unlock the "Kass Basher" avatar!

Tips

In these tips I use the space bar and keypad to hit the kass, not my mouse.

When you are waiting for the wind speed to increase and are going to hit the plushie, don't hit it unless your wind speed is somewhere between 7-9 though I would suggest hitting it on 9 as then the kass will travel the farthest. As you hit the kass, keep your left mouse button down until the kass reaches it's peak of incline. This means hold down the left arrow until the starts to level out and sail downward. After it reaches its peak, release the arrow key. This tip helps the kass soar through the air and then glide downward, helping to increase the distance traveled. Now this next part is very important to follow as it will have the opposite effect if you do it incorrectly. RIGHT as the kass hits the ground (and not while it is still in the air) press the space bar and the kass will bounce higher on impact. Press the space bar again each time the kass hits the ground though DON'T HOLD DOWN THE BAR or it will ultimately slow the kass down, cutting off your distance. If timed right, the kass will bounce four or five times, increasing your distance even more!

Secrets

Before dropping the Kass, when the game starts and you're waiting for the wind speed, press the "up" arrow on your keypad, and the press the "tab" key once so that some pieces of an HTML code appear towards the top of the screen. It says "<p align="center"> <font size="12"> Distance:" and the after the ditance you should see some numbers. Press the left arrow key until the distance goes up to your "Farthest Whack" distance. Then drop the Kass and play as desribed above. But as soon as the Kass stops moving, stop pressing keys. You should now see a Dragonack coming to tell you your distance. Dont hit any keys before he has gotten to you, or he will change back into the Turtum.

Very rarely (approximately once every ten-thousand games) something miraculous happens to your bat, and it is swaped for the tree the blumaroo is standing in front of! So instead of using your normal bat, you are using the tree. Be careful though and don't waste your swing, because the tree bat is only usable for one swing, and after that you go back to using your regular bat.
